Refund policy
At NEO Print Co., every order is made to order, printed or embroidered specifically for you or your group. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom orders.
What we will make right:
If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, or error on our end, we'll reprint or refund it - no hassle. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Size & color errors:
We take sizing and color selection seriously. If you ordered the wrong size or color, we unfortunately can't absorb that cost, but contact us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
Preorder cancellations:
Preorder campaigns have a production window. Cancellations requested before a campaign closes may be honored at our discretion. Once a campaign closes and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
